In a place like Los Angeles, Dallas Chicago, NY more like $ 400-$ 600 hour and up

Would anyone here to know a rough ballpark figure for the total tax bill for an average small business if you considered all taxes the business has to pay as a percent of revenue?

Would you know what that percentage would be if you included income taxes employees paid?

I only know that corporate income tax rates are up to 35%, which Republicans are always complaining about; but the ACTUAL rate paid is about 11% of income. This is from the 1040 tax booklet the IRS sends out each year. The amount paid by corporations has consistently gone down over the years, and the amount paid by individuals has gone up.

We are trying to find a place to do our taxes for our business and I have no clue what is even a good price. Is it in the thousands, hundreds, or what?

Probably $ 500 and up. Get an estimate from a CPA before hiring him.

6 employees? you have someone in house do the payroll and all or is this part of what you need done?
how are you operating, a corp, a partnership or sole proprietor?
the corp is a 1120, the partnership is 1065 and the relevant state tax forms, sole proprietor is easiest, Sch C with a 1040
plan on plenty
