I doubt any. First, it is not an increase but only ending the tax breaks that they have been receiving for the past several years. Any jobs that were going to be created would have been back then.
Second, it is a fallacy to assume that any money that a business saves is immediately turned into jobs.
A small business by its very definition, has a small workforce and a small net income (if any).
As a result, any taxed saved wouldn’t be enough to hire anyone.
Larger companies use tax savings to modernize their equipment which usually means getting rid of jobs. Even larger companies use their profits to buy smaller companies with a result in overall job loss.
Apparently you missed the small bill legislation that the GOP voted against
