I just started a cleaning service, I sub contract for several companies. I didn’t meet the deadline for filing my taxes, what can I do?

File for an extension, gives you more time.

File for an extension but I think that has to be done before the deadline. If you can’t, I’d start socking away some extra money to pay the penalties.
File them as soon as you can. If you owe any taxes, then penalties for late filing will continue to accumulate until you do.
File as soon as possible. An extension will be denied unless you can prove reasonable cause. If you owe more than you can pay all at once, there is an option for an installment agreement.
Most corporations will file for a time extension (until October 15th) . However, you will have to pay penalties for late filling. The penalties are well worth the cost.
